I have enjoyed over 20 + years of a robust nursing career starting as a Licensed Practical Nurse, transitioning to a Registered Nurse and advancing to a doctoral prepared Nurse Practitioner.  I have served in a variety of clinical settings, including skilled nursing facilities, surgical telemetry, intermediate and cardiovascular intensive care units allowing me to hone valuable nursing skills across the continuum. My passions are best patient outcomes and people development. I am able to impact best patient outcome in my role as a board-certified palliative care nurse practitioner. In my various leadership roles, I was able to connect with and support nurses in professional development and career transformation.  As an academic of graduate level students, I am able to broaden my sphere of influence and advance nursing practice. I am the product of teachers, mentors, and coaches.  As an independent certified coach, I am ready to pay it forward and add value to your nursing profession through strategic career navigation.
